My Story

Skinny for Good is taught exclusively by (me) Taylor B. Stanley, Certified Nutritionist, Health Coach, CEO & one of LA’s Top Nutritionists. I created the program over a 6-year period of time to give you the best of the best when it comes to getting the body of your dreams & never struggling with food or your weight again.

After struggling with my weight & food for over 10 years (including stubborn cellulite down my legs, bat wings, love handles, etc.) I was determined to get the body I desired. At times I wasn't able to lose a pound or kick bad habits no matter what I tried. I came to realize my body and I were unique and unable to simply shed weight by eating less and working out more.

Will the 6-Step Skinny for Good™ Program work for me?
The #1 program for women who struggle with food and their bodies, teaches you how to think, act and be with food and your body. If you do the work and implement only 3 habits you will see results quicker than you can imagine. I have yet to hear of someone who has followed the guidelines in SFG who has not seen a life-changing transformation. Legally, I can’t guarantee results as I can’t guarantee you will do the work. That being said, it’s super simple, not restrictive and the most fun! You should be blown away by your results and have a great time doing so.
What if I don't lose weight?

Do I have to follow a specific diet?
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach so there is no specific “diet” you must follow. However, I am a big proponent of nutrient-dense foods so I give you my recommendations on which foods to eat, limit and avoid entirely. That way you can eat for a toned body, radiant skin and hair and still enjoy the foods you love.
