My Story
Skinny for Good™ is taught exclusively by (me) Taylor B. Stanley, Certified Nutritionist, Health Coach, CEO & one of LA’s Top Nutritionists. I created the program over a 6-year period of time to give you the best of the best when it comes to getting the body of your dreams & never struggling with food or your weight again.
After struggling with my weight & food for over 10 years (including stubborn cellulite down my legs, bat wings, love handles, etc.) I was determined to get the body I desired. At times I wasn't able to lose a pound or kick bad habits no matter what I tried. I came to realize my body and I were unique and unable to simply shed weight by eating less and working out more.
I knew there was a way for women like us (who gain weight quickly and lose it slowly) to eat what they love, not have to restrict themselves or count calories, and still look amazing in a bikini.
Once I found the golden key and got a body I was obsessed with, I set out to help other women do the same. And spill all the secrets the health and fitness industries don't want you to know! It's so easy and that's exactly what Skinny for Good does: show you the easy route.
